PHYSICAL RETURNS
We accept returns of physical goods we receive within 14 days of purchase (the date on your receipt) and you must notify us within 5 days . Items must still be in it’s packaging, like new, or in the case of clothes, unwashed, unworn and unaltered, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair. Items that do not meet these requirements will not receive a refund or store credit. Gift cards are only eligible for store credit only. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for store credit or refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of you, the customer.
We do not offer exchanges.
NON-PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
For electronic products sold by Fitness Litmus, such as courses, plans, or ebooks, you can receive a refund if you are unsatisfied with the product within 14 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, both physical or electronic, please go to our Contact page, and mention the order number and product you are wishing to return. We will follow up within 2 business days. For physical products, we may request a picture of the item to assess its condition.
